At Livlar, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.


Return Conditions

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or damaged).
  • Products must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories or promotional items.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned, unless defective.
  • We do not offer exchanges for different fragrances.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, the purchase amount for the eligible item(s) will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • No additional refund fees will be charged.
  • If you paid for shipping on orders under £50, these shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will only process your refund once the returned product(s) have been received or proof of shipment has been provided.
