LIVLAR – General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) establish the services provided by LIVLAR (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). By using Dyps‘ services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms regulate the scope and nature of the services offered by Dyps, including delivery terms, payment terms, and return policies.

DELIVERY

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout and added to the total order amount. While we strive to keep all products in stock, an item may be temporarily unavailable. In this case, we will inform you and dispatch the product as soon as possible. All orders within the United Kingdom are shipped via reliable shipping providers such as Royal Mail, UPS, DHL, or FedEx. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping costs.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

Your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your address after placing the order, please contact us immediately at support@livlar.shop. We cannot guarantee address changes after order confirmation and are not responsible for deliveries to incorrectly provided addresses.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order is confirmed, cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed, as the order may already be in processing. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at support@livlar.shop, stating your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

SHIPPING TERMS

All shipments are made via trusted shipping providers. The customer is responsible for receiving the order at the specified delivery address. The terms and conditions of the respective shipping provider apply to every delivery.


ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER

We strive for your complete satisfaction with our products and services. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us so we can quickly find a suitable solution.

MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If an item is missing or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at support@livlar.shop. Please provide your order number and include photos of the product and packaging if necessary. We will resend missing items or replace damaged products free of charge. Claims received after 14 days may not be considered.

QUALITY CONTROL

All Dyps products are quality checked before dispatch. If you believe your product is defective, please contact us at support@livlar.shop. If the defect is confirmed, we will replace the product free of cost. Return shipping costs will be covered if the product is confirmed as defective.


PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal, ShopPay
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay

All payments are securely processed at checkout. Order processing occurs upon payment confirmation.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused items in the original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, opened perfumes cannot be returned unless they are defective. To initiate a return, please send an email to support@livlar.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except when the item is defective or the wrong product was shipped. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected. Shipping costs for orders below the free shipping threshold are non-refundable.


FINAL PROVISIONS

Dyps reserves the right to update these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect once published on our website and do not apply retroactively to orders already confirmed.
